Delivery

If your goods fail to arrive within 7 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment, we work hard on delivering your orders in as much fast and accurate time.

Where an incorrect address has been given to MicroTechStore.com with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Returns

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 21 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned.

Email info@microtechstore.com for products returns stating the reasons.

If any returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that has been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply.

VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes

All prices listed on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Since the introduction of new rules regarding VAT in Lebanon we have been forced to register for VAT so for all customers in Lebanon VAT is charged at the locally prevailing rate. Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT has been charged and the rate which has been applied.

For all countries outside of Lebanon- no VAT is charged.

Our VAT registration number is 93972-601.

Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by MicroTechStore.com and we have no control over it.

Pricing

Whilst we Endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.

Business Customers

If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us.

Special of the Day

Our Special of the Day feature is a 'loss leader' promotional tool that we use to make superb offers to end users; it is not intended for trade customers so we reserve the right to refuse orders for more than a specified number of units at deal of the day prices from the same customer.

General

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon and any disputes will be decided only by the Lebanese courts.
