Shipping and returns
Note
a) The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Microtechstore.com are not responsible if this varies.
b) Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
c) If goods are returned to Microtechstore.com because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
d) In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
e) Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver on Saturday mornings.
f) We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, but we strive hard to deliver the goods as accurate as possible
Shipping Information
Orders received before 3 P.M. will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 3 P.M. will be shipped the next business day.
We use Aramex services as our in-country primary carrier.
We use DHL courier services for International Air shipping
Returning faulty or damaged goods
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 21 days, you can return them to Microtechstore.com for repair or replacement.
To return goods to Microtechstore.com - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.
Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and a description of the fault. Send the package to Returns Department, MicroTechStore , Kalaa Street, Kalaa Blg, ground Floor, Ras Beirut, Beirut, Lebanon.
Please send your returns by hand, if you prefer to deliver via our courier carrier an incurred charge of $3 is applied.
After 21 days products covered under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
