Best Price Guarantee

At Microtechstore.com, we offer a best price guarantee on all our products. If you find a price lower than ours on a Qualified Retailer, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you may qualify for an even better price. You can request a credit that will beat our competitor's price by one cent.

You are eligible for a refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• The Qualified Retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
• Requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase at Microtechstore.com.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is valid up to a maximum of three (3) requests within a 30-day period.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per request.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to a minimum of $1.00 per request.
• Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to stores outside of Lebanon.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Price comparisons include the product price plus delivering & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to Microtechstore.com's product price and lowest priced shipping method for that item.
• Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, free delivery, or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, delivered to the same address.
• The Best Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time.

How do I submit a Request?

Email customer service by clicking on sales@microtechstore.com. Your email must include the following or it will be rejected:

• Microtechstore.com Order Number.
• Microtechstore.com item description or part number (from product description page or from your receipt).
• URL to the competitor's product.
• Date you saw the competitor's product at that price.
• The amount of the refund you are requesting.
